Employee Portal – Instructions

Please follow these directions to sign into the portal and retrieve your direct deposit statements.
The letters MUST be in uppercase. (CAPITALIZED)
User ID = first three letters of your Last name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Example (PRE2002).
Password = a 10-digit number created from the last four digits of your Social Security Number and the six digits from your birthday. This date is in Month, Day, and Year order. Example (2002010835).
W-2’S
In order to access your W-2's, you must be logged into the portal and give electronic consent. The password is your social security number in this format. (XXX-XX-XXX).
